Terms of Service

By completing your order, you agree to the Terms of Service of Kari Lee Leather (KLL) listed below.



All payments are securely processed via PayPal.


Please make sure to include a Paypal Confirmed shipping address, email address, and phone number for each order. If any package is returned to KLL due to incorrect mailing address provided, additional postage charges will be charged to the customer. 


Once payment has been confirmed, the order will be processed within 24 hours. 

A confirmation email with tracking number and projected delivery date by USPS will be provided.


Sales tax is only collected on orders in Texas.

I regret that at this time, I am not able to sell outside of the continental United States.




All orders are shipped FREE within the continental United States by USPS priority mail. (for a limited time)    

Insurance coverage and a signature upon receipt are required.



Insurance Claims

In the event your piece arrives damaged, insurance claims will require the cooperation of the customer to receive a refund. The package cannot be returned to KLL until a claim is filed and completed.

Return policy

It is my wish for you to love your handcrafted jewelry! If for any reason you are truly unhappy with your order, please email Kari Lee Leather (KLL) within 7 days of receipt at karileeleather@gmail.com

Returns are not accepted on SALE or REDUCED PRICE items.

I will then email you with instructions and an address so that you may return the piece. All return shipping is to be paid by the customer.


All returned pieces must arrive at KLL unworn, in original condition, accompanied by the original packaging and receipt, within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. 


The piece being returned must have a tracking number emailed to KLL, be pre-paid, and insured (for your own protection, while avoiding additional damage or loss during transit). COD‘s will not be excepted. 

No refund will be issued if a piece being returned to KLL is lost or damaged without tracking information provided or insurance coverage.


Returns will be processed upon receipt at KLL and an email confirmation will be sent. If all stated requirements are met, you may receive a full refund to the credit card on which the original purchase was made, minus the original shipping charge.


Please note that processing of a return may take up to 10 days for the refund to post to your account, depending on the cycle of your credit card.


Kari Lee Leather reserves the right to refuse any refund or returned merchandise where the guidelines have not been followed.
